In this 4-week Therapeutic approach to "Back Maintenance" you will:
- Explore the relationship of movement between your feet and pelvis, and your pelvis and shoulders.
- Learn to focus your mind and coordinate your breath to find more ease and softness in your game.
- Discover a better way of load distribution within your own body.
- Find more range of motion in you swing.
- Find more confidence and a better relationship to self.
Everyone that signs up for this workshop will receive a private one on one movement assessment to help find what works best for them.
