This gentle class works on our subtle energy systems to balance our mood.  Using gentle breath work and movement in conjunction with our chakra system to help us feel grounded and lighter in both body and mind.  This class is appropriate for all levels.

We are so happy to welcome you back to the studio. Here is what you need to know.

If you have any of the following symptoms, Covid-19 or other, please stay home (coughing, fever, sneezing)

The door will be open 15 minutes before classes start. Due to the size of the hallway, please enter 1 person at a time and respect social distancing. There are markers on the floor to help you gage the distance. Use of a mask when entering the building is appreciated. You are welcome to remove it in the studio.

Upon entering, you will have a choice of immediately washing your hands in the washroom or using hand sanitizer provided.

Enter the studio with your own mat and props and move to the mat furthest away from the door.

There is a small cabinet with cubbies to place any belongings, try to keep to a minimum. Only one person at a time permitted in the cubbie room.
Please use the washroom before entering the studio or after class.  Please use the spray hand sanitizer on the key and hands after use.
Please be on time, NO late entries will be permitted.
