GENTLE HIP YOGA - this gentle flow class is designed with depression and anxiety in mind. Hips and shoulders are some of the areas we hold onto a lot of tension and stress. We will gently open up tight hips and shoulders in a somatic way allowing the spine to become more fluid. Then we will finish off the class with a restorative posture that will leave you feeling lighter and freer.
